Wildcat believes that smaller businesses are going to be prefer historic building as they can integrate it into their local brand, unlike traditional office space. They are also planing on retaining many of the of the old feature like the timber beams and tin roof to preserve the character of the building. One major change however will be to the bottom floor as a restaurant is planned on the side facing Pacific avenue and retail space on Elm street.
